Its structure is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, support system and motor.
1. The dewatering vibrating screen (Dehydration screen) is installed horizontally as a whole, but the screen must be installed at a negative angle to ensure the forced dewatering effect;
2. The screen used for the dehydration screen can be selected from stainless steel composite screens, which can be installed under tension; stainless steel welded slit screen plates can also be selected, and compression installation is adopted to meet different needs;
3. The dehydration screen can adjust the vibration frequency at any time through the frequency converter to achieve the best dehydration effect;
4. The dewatering screen is excited by self-synchronous liquid lubricating vibrator. The screen frame is made of special noise-reducing material and is connected with high-strength bolts to ensure the reliability of the screen machine and the reduction of working noise. The working noise of the whole machine is 85dB (A), which is higher than that of similar screen machines. The decrease is about 15dB;
5. A curved screen surface is set in the feeding section of the dehydration screen to improve the dehydration efficiency;
6. The dehydration screen is equipped with a feed box to ensure that the materials are evenly fed into the screen surface;
7. The dewatering screen is equipped with an integral chassis for easy handling and installation;
8. The dewatering sieve relies on the filter layer on the sieve to trap fine particles and depressurize the dewatering.
