K Type Reciprocating Plate Coal Feeder Conveyor For Coal Mining
K type reciprocating feeder is composed of the frame, bottom plate (to the trough), transmission platform, the number one drain, gate and roller. When the motor is started, it is dragged and tilted through the elastic coupling, speed reducer, and crank connecting mechanism The bottom plate makes a linear reciprocating motion on the insertion roller, and evenly discharges the coal to the transportation machinery or other screening equipment. Thereby, coal or other loose granular and powdery materials with small grinding ability and low viscosity are evenly discharged from the feeding equipment to the receiving equipment.

K-type reciprocating feeder is composed of frame, bottom plate (feeding trough) transmission platform, hopper gate, roller and so on. Its transmission principle: After the motor is started, the inclined bottom plate is dragged by the elastic coupling, speed reducer, and crank connecting mechanism to make a linear reciprocating motion on the insertion roller, and the coal is evenly discharged to the transportation machinery or other screening equipment. The K-type reciprocating feeder is provided with two types: with funnel, with regulating valve, without funnel and without regulating valve. This machine is suitable for mines and coal preparation plants, and evenly loads coal to conveyors or other screening and storage devices through coal bunkers.

2. The gap between the side lining board, inclined lining board and bottom plate is adjustable, which can control the size of the gap more accurately and greatly reduce the leakage of materials.
3. The driving device is symmetrically arranged, and the double push rods are used to balance the love of the whole machine and the transmission is stable, eliminating the torsional swing phenomenon when the bottom plate reciprocates.
4. The bottom plate has vertical ribs and is supported by three long rollers, which ensures the rigidity of the bottom plate and eliminates the disadvantages of bending and deformation in the bottom plate of the existing reciprocating feeder.
5. The lining board is made of small pieces of wear-resistant steel plates, which not only is light and easy to replace, but also can replace the worn lining board in a targeted manner according to the actual wear situation, so that the materials can be used reasonably and the maintenance cost can be reduced.
