Product Description

Applicaiton
Tubular screw conveyor applicable to various industries, such as building materials, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, grain, etc., suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular and small block materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain, etc. The material temperature is less than 200 °C.
Working Principles
1. The former case is a round tube, and the centrifugal force generated by the spiral belt animal material rotating at high speed pushes the material toward the pipe wall and is then pushed upward by the blade.
2. Its lifting height is within 20 meters. The latter casing is also a circular tube.
3. The inside of the tube is provided with blades along the inner spiral line.
4. The casing is supported on the roller for low speed rotation, and the material moves forward along the blade, and the loading and discharging are performed at both ends. It can convey materials slightly tilted without jamming.
